At DCHC, we will develop a customized treatment plan to meet your individual needs. Our program features include:
- Medication Assisted Treatment
Medication-Assisted Treatment is treatment for addiction that includes the use of medication along with counseling and other support. MAT can also be an alternative to high doses of opioids. MAT medication can reduce the problems associated with withdrawals and cravings and helps the patient regain a normal state of mind. Participating in this program can give you the chance to focus on making the healthy lifestyle changes that lead back to healthy living.
- Treatment for Opioid Addiction
We provide medication-assisted treatment and an individualized treatment plan for each patient suffering from opioid addiction. Through our customized model of care, our Addiction Treatment Specialists focus on the unique needs of each patient, providing them with a positive experience, better outcomes and an improved quality of life.
- Treatment for Alcohol Addiction
Our addiction treatment specialists treat alcohol dependence with medication and a variety of evidence-based psychological and social treatments including counseling time with providers. We coordinate care with community partners to address all barriers to our patients’ recovery.
- Individual Counseling
At DCHC, you’ll have access to a range of counselors who provide a therapy services to help you on your journey to recovery.
- Group Therapy
Are you in recovery or interested in recovery? Join us for Group Counseling at DCHC every Thursday at 5pm to connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges from addiction. This safe space allows individuals to share their struggles and achievements in an encouraging and confidential environment. Whether you’d like to share your story or would just like to listen… we’d love to have you join us!
