The Community of Hope is a group of concerned citizens of recognizing the effects of opioids and substance use disorders in Delhi, LA and want to be apart of making the difference. In partnership with DCHC Behavioral Health Services, our mission is to create local solutions to the national opioid and substance abuse crisis through community involvement, education, and compassion.
