DCHC is dedicated to providing care to people who have COVID-19, as well as sharing important and accurate information you can trust as this pandemic evolves. We are continuing to take the steps needed to safely deliver care to all of our patients. The safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority.

  • It’s safe to come to DCHC for your care:  When you arrive, we’ll check your temperature. We’ve also implemented a number of safety measures, like social distancing and additional cleaning procedures throughout our clinics to keep you safe.
  • COVID-19 vaccine update: Please visit DCHC’s COVID-19 vaccine page to find resources about the vaccine and learn the latest information about vaccine distribution.
  • Wear your mask: Wearing a mask – and wearing it properly – is the best way to limit the spread of COVID-19. We require masks for all patients, visitors and staff at Delhi Community Health Center. Remember to cover both your nose and mouth at all times.
