Jeff White is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who also holds a Family Nurse Practitioner license. Jeff completed his undergraduate degrees at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He received his Master of Science in Nursing at Northwestern State University in 2013 and his Post-Masters certificate at McNeese State University in May of 2020. He has over 13 years of experience in the nursing field and worked for seven years as a Family Nurse Practitioner before training as a PMHNP.

DCHC proudly welcomed Jeff to our Behavioral Healthcare Team in August 2020.  His primary focus is psychiatric and mental health, and also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) options for those with substance use disorders.
