Richland Transportation Services is available to assist those in our area with transportation to medical appointments according to scheduling and availability of transportation vehicles.

To schedule transportation, you may call Medical Dispatch at 1-855-325-7565. Please make sure you have your Medicaid number available at the time of the call. If you have any questions, please call (318) 878-6444, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Twenty-four (24) hours advanced notice is preferred.
