Yes. Our patients’ privacy is our number one concern. The DCHC Patient Portal is a password protected website which gives secure access to each user so your health care information is safe. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted.
You are the only one who can access your Patient Portal information. No medical or personal health information will be sent to you through your personal e-mail account. - Where does my health information in the patient portal come from?
The information in the Patient Portal comes from your DCHC electronic health record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.
- What information can I see in the Patient Portal?
You can view information from your medical record such as laboratory and radiology results, medications, allergies, immunizations, as well as recent and upcoming appointments with any of our providers or clinics. You may also view/ print/ download your personal health summary.
