We look forward to welcoming you to your medical home!

  • How do I pay for my visit?

Delhi Community Health Center contracts with many insurance carriers- including Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances. If you qualify, visit fees will be based on a sliding scale using income and household size.

If you are uninsured, our Patient Assistance Program can help you apply for our Sliding Fee Scale Program so you can receive a discounted rate on all services offered at Delhi Community Health Center. No one is turned away from DCHC because of inability to pay.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

We provide unscheduled, walk-in treatment for minor illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life threatening. We are open for walk-in appointments Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
If you are experiencing a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go the nearest Emergency Room.

  • What insurances do you accept?

We accept most private insurances, Medicare and all Healthy Louisiana (Medicaid) plans. Contact our front desk at 318-878-6650 for a full list of our in-network insurance plans.
