Monica Hales is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care of pediatric patients. Monica obtained her Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, LA in May of 2004. Monica went on to achieve her Master’s of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in May of 2013 at Grambling State University. Monica joined the DCHC team in June of 2013.

Monica Hales is the Director of DCHC’s School-Based Health Centers. She provides care to students at Delhi High School & Delhi Elementary School.
