Delhi Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified, Community Health Center located in Delhi, Louisiana, and is ready to meet your healthcare needs! Currently, our scope of care includes Family Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health Services, and School-Based Health Centers.
We are proud to be under the Richland Parish Hospital Service Group 1A alongside Delhi Hospital and Delhi Rural Health Clinic. This partnership with our sister providers allows us to provide fully comprehensive care to our patients.
We accept all private insurances as well as Medicaid, CHIP, and Medicare. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s family size and income for those without insurance. As an accredited Federally Qualified Health Center, we aim to work with our patients to provide healthy families and a healthy community.
