Substance Use Treatment
We offer compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment, including counseling, recovery support, and relapse prevention. We are also proud to offer Medicated Addiction Therapies. Services are designed to meet individuals where they are in their recovery journey.
School-Based Counseling
School-Based Counseling is available at Delhi Schools, Mangham Schools, and Delhi Charter School through our School-Based Health Clinics. Our school-based counseling programs bring mental health support directly to students in their educational environment.

Community of Hope is a coalition of businesses and individual citizens working to fight the effects of opioids and substance use disorders in Delhi, Louisiana. Delhi Community Health Center’s WellPath Solutions founded Community of Hope with the mission to create local solutions to the national opioid and substance abuse crisis through community involvement, education, and compassion.
