Delhi Community Health Center is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center located in Delhi, Louisiana. Our goal is to improve access to health services, deliver compassionate care, and improve the health and well-being of our community as whole. We are proud to provide comprehensive Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Dental Health Services to patients of all ages.
