Delhi Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Delhi, Louisiana- ready to meet your needs. We want to be your patient-centered medical home, where you come to receive healthcare services personalized to you. If you need a service we do not provide, we work to ensure you still receive this care by providing referrals to outside providers and specialists.  Our dedicated team provides high-quality care to serve your entire family through a variety of medical services, including Primary Care, Mental Health, Dental Services, School-Based Health Centers & much more. 

We are also able to connect our patients with community resources, even those not relating to health. To us, part of being “healthy” is having the resources you may need to care for yourself. These include safe and stable housing, nutritious food, financial stability, and a life without burdens of abuse or extreme stress. If you or a loved one are in need of community resources, please let us know at your appointment, and we will be happy to assist you. 

Part of our mission and values is to provide “accessible, affordable comprehensive primary and preventative health care services to the residents of Richland Parish [and surrounding areas] without regard to ability to pay.” If you are concerned about your insurance status or ability to pay for your medical care, our Patient Assistance Program is here for you.
