Our dedicated Healthcare Team provides high-quality care to serve your entire family through a variety of services, including: Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Addiction Services, Dental Care, Weight Loss Services, KidMed Pediatric Care, Immunizations, Physicals and much more.
We accept Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare, and all private insurances. Ask about our Sliding Fee Scale that is based on the patient’s family size and income and helps provide affordable care to all. We look forward to welcoming you to your new Medical Home at Delhi Community Health Center.

Delhi Community Health Center does accept walk-ins and same day appointments for new and established patients. However, we advise to schedule an appointment prior to your visit, if at all possible. Please make sure to bring your identification, insurance information and/or proof of income to your appointment.
